Have you ever wanted to try glass blowing? This is your chance! The Tyler Glass Department will be offering, for the first time, a hands-on glass experience in the form of our “Make Your Own” Workshop! Each participant will get a private demo and then choose between making their very own paperweight, flower, or ornament!
Workshops will run from 9am-6pm, each beginning on the hour.
Sessions are 1 hour each, and are limited to 2 participants per session. Select the time slot you want to purchase tickets for. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis.
Participants choose between making a paperweight, ornament, or flower, and will have the opportunity to choose between several beautiful colors for their creation.
Requirements of participation: Participation is limited to 18 and older. You must come dressed to work in a hot glass studio- closed toe shoes, natural fiber clothing only, and pants. Please no fringe, tassels, or long ties, as these are a hazard. Long hair must be tied back.
